  • Producer - ‘97 Emmy Award winner - 7 years Vice President / Partner in Ted Danson's Paramount based Hollywood production company, Anasazi Productions. There, he produced eight exhibited projects in seven years. Most notably, Miss Evers' Boys, for HBO, On Promised Land, for the Disney Channel and An Affectionate Look at Fatherhood Starring Kelsey Grammar, for NBC. Stelzer won all major TV Movie awards: EMMY, CableAce, ‘97 Producer of the year, Academy of TV Arts and Sciences President's Award, Humanitas, Peabody etc. Stelzer has coached and worked with hundreds of film and TV in LA and NYC, including: Ted Danson, Laurence Fishburn, Christopher Reeves, Craig Scheffer, Kelsey Grammar, Jason Bateman, Alfre Woodard, Catherine Hicks, Tony Shalub, Peter Scolari, Karyn Allen, and Bill Sadler.

    Theatre Director - Twenty-six plays at Cornell University over a seven year period. Plays such as: The Importance of Being Earnest, Streetcar Named Desire, Woyzeck, Seneca's Oedipus, Ghosts, When We Dead Awaken, Waiting for Godot, Last of the Red Hot Lovers, Brecht on Brecht, After the Fall, Birthday Party, Home, Zoo Story, and Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. By the early eighties I had directed another ten plays at various theaters in NY State and NY City., and had become an Equity, SAG and AFTRA actor in NYC. I worked off-b’way, in soap operas, films, TV movies and TV series. There, I wrote my first play, an adaption of a Jeffery Jones comic strip, Idyl. My latest play is Snowbird Holiday.
